Crib @ the Night Ministry Volunteer Opportunity

In the interest of finding a service opportunity for our church to work towards together, New Community Covenant Church Community Engagement team will lead the church in serving dinner to unhoused youth living at The Crib.
The Crib is a service provided by the Night Ministry which provides young adults ages 18 through 24 with safe and supportive overnight emergency shelter, as well as life and leadership development skills. The Crib is able to house 25 guests 365 nights of the year and is open 7 nights a week from 8 pm to 10am.
In order to serve a meal, New Com is responsible to plan a meal, buy groceries, and prepare the meal, which we then bring to The Crib and serve cafeteria-style. Please sign up below to signify your interest. We have roles for volunteers behind the scenes and for those that are looking to connect with guests at the Crib.
