March 18 @ 12:45 pm - 2:00 pm
Learn about the importance of “hands-only” CPR and how to respond in an emergency situation. The free training will feature interactive practice of “hands-only” CPR with a mannequin so individuals can understand how to properly perform chest compressions. The class will also demonstrate how to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).
This program is made possible through a grant from Illinois Heart Rescue and generous support from Swedish Covenant Hospital Foundation. Our hope is that this training will better equip us to respond in an emergency situation.
Lunch will be provided. Childcare will not be available. RSVP by March 13th to attend.
